1. Current status
This website currently uses a single first-party cookie, NEXT_LOCALE, to remember the language selected by the user and resolve navigation under /es or /en.
It also uses Cloudflare Web Analytics as cookieless analytics for aggregated navigation and performance metrics. It does not use advertising cookies, profiling cookies, remarketing pixels, heatmaps or tools such as Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, Hotjar or Microsoft Clarity.

3. What NEXT_LOCALE does not collect
- It does not collect name, email, phone number, company or messages.
- It does not create commercial or advertising profiles.
- It does not measure browsing behavior or conversions.
- It is not stored in a 2hAIgh database; it remains in the user's browser and is sent to the server only to resolve language.
4. Cookieless technologies
Cloudflare Web Analytics is active on this website to obtain aggregated navigation and technical performance metrics: page views, load timings, Core Web Vitals, approximate country, device and browser.
Form fields, names, emails, phone numbers, budgets, messages or identifying data entered by the user are not sent to Cloudflare.

5. Future changes
If non-exempt analytics cookies, advertising cookies, profiling technologies or similar tools with storage on the user's terminal are enabled in the future, 2hAIgh will show a prior consent panel with equivalent options to accept, reject and configure.
6. How to manage cookies
You can delete or block cookies from your browser settings. If you delete NEXT_LOCALE, the website will resolve language again based on the route visited or the browser language header.
